hajj_3
Hi, Binreader (the newsgroup client) has the ability to extract the files from rar files upon completion and even during downloading and also has the ability to delete the rar files and just leave the .mkv or whatever file was extracted. Please can you add this ability to utorrent, it would save us alot of time manually going to the directory of the download and extracting the files. moogly
It's already implemented, use the function "Run program" with your file archiver (command lines) or a create a .bat to run.
wizzbang3
I don't think this is as easy as saying "It's already implimented" - the problem is a lot of users don't know how to write the batch files (or in my case, made them once after hours, re-formatted the PC and forgot to back them up)I definitely agree a new module for RAR extraction shouldn't be added but I WOULD like to see some example batcch files on the page or default ones.I just want my torrents exrtracccted to the same direcctory they downloaded to and then the RARS deleted - including subdirectories. johnrim
In case you haven't discovered it yet - "DownSort" solves this easily for you. http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=114772&p=
