moogly
Swarm: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BitTorrent_vocabulary#SwarmJust set the bandwidth and queueing settings according to the max upload speed of your connection. After that, µT manages itself the UL/DL rates for each active torrent job.About the seeding goal, it depends on you and the torrent popularity. If you want to keep alive a rare torrent (or a torrent you like) with only few leechers/seeds, you can seed as long as you wish, with a popular overseeded torrent, your UL rate will be surely lower.
