Specifying network adapter

I would like all utorrent traffic to go over a particular network interface (eg. ppp0 - an 'anonimizing' vpn). How can I do this?

I could not find the 'Advanced Preferences' pane on the mac client. Does it exist? Can I change advanced settings in a file somewhere in ~/Library? How would I set net.bind_ip for example?
