UT build 3 wont allow create torrent

Been usin UT for donkeys years & never had any issues.uploaded thousands of torrents all fine.then i got build 3.I create torrent as normal & save it 2 the usual folder.the torrent then tries to download(like im downloadin off someone else?!):|

its checks the torrent ?!(why never ever done that b4)

then says downloading 0.0%

even though i obviously have the complete file-or i wouldnt have created it!

Is this a bug thats bein looked at at all? anyone else gettin this? i tried pc+laptop & still no joy,pain realy cos the stream feature on build 3 is a freakin godsend fer those 190 gig files u are never gonna manage 2 grab.

have xp on pc+vista home on lappy,again both have faithfully upped on UT for so long i forget how long its been..spose i could go back a build or two but ,the upgrades are great & id like 2 keep them,many thanks in anticipation of any help,cheers:)
