Utorrent doesn't download/upload

I've been trying to download a lot of stuff lately but utorrent just doesn't work. What happens is that i add a torrent file to download, and it shows how many seeds/leechers it has, but none of them are shown as connected, ergo: the torrent doesn't download or upload at all, it says Downloading but it's on 0.0% and it doesn't have download/upload speed.

I already tried reinstalling, but it didn't help.

Any solutions?
