Detailed Info Pane v3.0 not the same as shown in help file

The detailed info pane in shows four tabs:

Files. Info, Peers, Ratings

The Help File says the detailed info pane has 7 tabs:

General, Trackers, Peers, Pieces, Files, Speed, Logger

This list shows up in the Help File Table of Contents

Is the V3.0 Help file documenting a different program or do I need to change a setting to see this documented Detailed Info Pane?

Also I am trying to find an explanation of the "Availability:" bar and the number to the right of the bar. These show up in Detailed Info Pane->Info.

The Help file says that there are 2 downloaded bars & an availability bar found under the General tab ... the numbers to the right are not mentioned.

The Info tab that I am asking about does not appear in the Help Files

The General tab that appears to be similar to what I am trying to find does not appear in the program.

Help would be appreciated...accurate Help even more
