Blackice
I didn't really like any of the icons coming with µtorrent so far, so I decided to make my own.Icon version (fixed)It's simple, but its contrasting and very easy to recognise. Also, it looks great on a desktop (really stands out and looks good). The icon takes up 17.1kb (48x48, XP). You guys can use if it you like EDIT: now the 16x16 icon has been fixed. Thanks DrLamock for pointing out the problem

DrLamok
its perfect.. except for 16x16 version ( left side seems too flat, on right side that shadow doesnt look too good )maybe it looks fine on dark background.. but it wont look nice in tray or detailed directory with white background and 16x16 icons

TweakUIthought this would be helpful for the noobs.

Thanks for noticing that (seems to be a problem with AveIcon). What it is is that one column on the left is slapped onto the right (I don't know why). I've fixed the 16x16 icon (its only with this one), and it looks great in the tray and in details view (on a light theme - Windows Classic and dark theme - VistaXP[WB]).Oh, and thank you all for your nice comments I've just gotta figure out how to replace ONLY the 16x16 icon without installing axialis or something... ScubaSteve
ahhh i see your using a third pary app to skin windows, i prefer to just use msstyles myself as im not to keen on Style XP or Windowsblinds.my uxtheme.dll is a patched one, along with all other vital system files. eg tcpip.sys, sfc and usb frequency for mice. MechR
i'm hoping we could get this official I love the icon, but I'm thinking the devs will want to reduce its filesize if they adopt it... and their sizing-down process always seems to make the icon crustier around the edges. BloodStaindHurricane
hmmmm...not sure how I feel about this logo. No color to it and what's that dripping from the "u"?
MechR
hmmmm...not sure how I feel about this logo. No color to it and what's that dripping from the "u"?The drip comes from the letter being the lowercase Greek "mu", or µ, as in µTorrent (we normally just write "uTorrent" with a u because it's quicker and doesn't need foreign-language support). When put in front of a measuring unit, µ means "micro." For example, µm means micrometers.Er, unless you were asking more about the artistic reasons... lament
The MS Royale theme doesn't need to be patched. It's the Windows XP Media Center Edition default theme and works right out of the box on any XP system.
