Creating a new torrent

I want to share a film by utorrent. I have created a torrent (.torrent) file of the film, and is it necessary to upload the film somewhere too? And after this question, I have a request to you:

Please, record a tutorial video how to make a new torrent (to share anywhere) step by step.

You need to publish the .torrent file onto a torrent indexer/tracker.

1) How many trackers should I write when I am creating a new torrent?

2) What does "Preserve file order" mean?

3) Should I mark "Private torrent" when I am creating a new torrent if I want to share a the file to everyone?

4) What will happen If I don't write anything in "Web seeds" when creating a new torrent?

5) Can I send or share a file without any trackers or web seeds?

I have several DVD's of movies and TV series, how do I create a 'torrent file' and how do I upload it afterwards. I am a complete moron when it comes to computers, so forgive my ignorance. I think I have to download the file again AFTER I upload it? - sirkleef
