Low speeds after disabling teredo

Hi there,

Yesterday I was having too many incoming activity in different ports relating to UDP with svchost.exe

I searched this forum and found out that it was an issue with teredo, but since I didnt know how to setup the rules in the firewall, I disabled teredo. After I did so, my speeds dropped a lot to 100 kb/s (I used to download at 1.5 MB/s). Was this supposed to happen? How can I enable teredo again?
