Error: Not Connectable, but test OK

I'm using 2.2.1 and have suddenly got a red exclamation mark (bottom right) with the message "A firewall/router is limiting your network traffic. You need to open up a port so others can connect to you."

BUT..... If I double click on the exclamation mark and run the utorrent tests, I get two green ticks, test results for "Your upload speed" is 943.71kB/s (for Bandwidth) and "Port is open. Your network is properly configured" for the Network.

My downloads and uploads seem to be running OK - although rather slowly.

Am I missing something?
