uTorrent 3: Prioritize by file order not working.

I recently installed the latest version, but two things are not working:

1: Prioritize by file order,

2: Bandwidth allocation.

I selected the prioritize by file order option, it downloaded the first high priority file, but after that it started downloading all of them together.

And also the bandwidth allocation option wont move to high or low, its just stuck to the normal option.

Also, it wont remember the options i selected to show on the "menu bar", eg name, seeds, peers, download/upload speed etc.
