pebbledash
Sirs,Am presently using v2.2, and up til yesterday all was well. A most excellent piece of software.Having recently added a couple of names to titles I now find that various names, downloading or downloaded, just disappear off the list then reappear. No particular timescale but can be any time of day, and still a problem.I have run system with Norton NIS for years with no problems. The system has been Window XP Home since it was published and is a legal, fully registered version, still got the original disk. Really puzzled, all help and polite suggestions most welcome.regards, pebbledash

Firon
You should upgrade to the latest version. 2.2 is old.And yes, that was the issue. You were looking at one of the filtered categories.
