uTorrent running but not responding?

I downloaded uTorrent and it was working great for a few days. Then it just stopped working, would not open and whether I try to open it or redownload I get this error "It seems like uTorrent is already running but not responding"? I open the task manager and there is nothing showing about uTorrent. I do not understand and if anyone could help me fix the problem I would appreciate it.

*Sorry, I did not read the post right below mine that is asking the same thing. It explains it a little better but its the same problem.*
