Automatically resize columns for 'minified' torrent view

This idea is taken from a behaviour in foobar2000. Basically, when you right-click one of the column titles and the list of columns you have selected appears, there could be an additional selectable item to turn column resizing on and off.

What this means is that in one state, when you resize the µTorrent window horizontally, the columns would stay a fixed size.This is as it is now.

In the other state, when you resize the window horizontally, all the columns would grow and shrink proportionally with it.

There could also be an option that, when selected, would make sure the columns neatly fill out the available space at all times, and that columns could only be resized by clipping space from other columns.
