Why does my bandwidth area have the red x and the 404 error? I checked my download speed and it is 16.61 mbps. I have no idea what that means-is it fast or slow or average? My upload speed is a paltry 2.08 mbps. If possible let me know what additional info you need if any. Using w/7 64bit and firefox with 3 computers. I am sorry if I screwed up and not on the right forum but I am not a technician. For once, I am glad; I don't even know how much trouble I'm in, if any. Thanks in advance.
