Download problem very odd.

This is essentially a repeat of an earlier post today but I have added more info:

. As long as I have options menu open or I do something like read help file, the download is fast but as soon as I leave machine unattented it slows right down or even stops. Any ideas? I have had the same trouble on a different machine but with similar software setup

No File or printer sharing ( uninstalled)

No UPNP

Server service OFF

XP Professional SP3

AMD Sempron 2400+ 1.67GHz

Malwarebytes ( Realtime Protection off )
