Browsing for preferred player should start in the Program Files folder

Kind of as a personal preference, when you browse to select a custom personal player for the streaming function, the browser dialog should start in the Program Files, or atleast at the root of the system drive, as opposed to the system32 drive. Code-wise, I think that can be set with some special variables in the Windows API, can't it? I've rarely used C++ :\
