Disk Overload Percentage?

Hello

Recently i have been seeing the disk overloaded warning fluctuate between 10%-50% up and down

Will this be limiting my d/l speed at this percentage or is this nothing to worry about until 100%?. I do notice that it is not going as fast anymore whilst getting these percentages.

Internal HDD Western Digital Green 1Tb SATA version? (Partitioned downloading to D)

Intel Q8300 x4@ 2.5ghz
