simonlant
Edit: I should have read other posts first! These things might be different manifestations of same issues...Hi,Already reported by Inacurate - Just having a play about with UTP, I noticed if you click the AV check button against a torrent still downloading you get an error (rightly so). However, the formatting of the error box is a little odd... I guess just one for a tidy up at some point.http://postimage.org/image/rtgw1m1w/Also, there doesn't seem to be clear feeback on if the AV scan has run. I havent ever found a torrent with a virus in it, so I wouldn't know what feedback is given in a virus was found. I would think some kind of traffic light system would work better than the current grey button. Maybe something like thisClear Circle = Downloading, Orange = In Progress, Red = Virus Found, Green = Torrent Clean.Already reported by fatspirit - Final thought, in Preferences > Anti-virus, there is a button in the middle of the screen with a label 'updating...2%' this has stayed this way since the app was installed. Pressing the button seems to a) have no effect on the label and do anything/provide any feedback.http://postimage.org/image/rv62xgbo/All testing on uTorrentPlus 3.1 A build 25728 32-bit
simonlant
Interestingly, I restarted the app (probably should have before posting) and the AV status now shows a green tick against a completed torrent, a clock against a downloading torrent, and a double arrows once downloaded - clicking the button states 'the contents are being checked for viruses and spyware'. It appears that this icon doesn't appear to change to a tick - only on app restart. The preferences issue with the button label now says 'updating...0%' after pressing it - it just sticks with that. Prior to pressing the label is 'Check for anti-virus updates', there is no date showing ataing the ;ast anti-virus date though!Hi,Also, there doesn't seem to be clear feeback on if the AV scan has run.
