An odd problem.

Hey everyone.

New to forum and was wondering something. There seem to be something i am doing wrong or some settings i been missing, I been using utorrent for several years now and havent encountered this kind of problem before.

The thing is that i have 60/60mbit fiber connection, and i dont want to download or upload at full speed. I tend to set it at 5000 kbs up and down. I recently reinstalled windows and had to install new utorrent i found on your site. And now when i either right click the icon on the taskbar and set the correct speed i want or i go into preference and do it, it still downloads at max speed around 6000 kbs - 7000 kbs.

Do any of you know what is wrong? Why cant i change the settings like i have done before?
