Gudgee Posted September 23, 2005 Report Share Posted September 23, 2005 I'd previously been downloading a torrent with another client and was 70% of the way through.I opened the torrent file in utorrent and directed it to the right folder. (it did have sub folders if this matters)When the file appeared in the main list it didn't re-check the files to see if they were completed or not, it just started downloading, saying it hadn't started a single thing.Am I doing something wrong, or is there no ability to do this at the moment?-Other than this, no dramas, awesome program. It adds the file extension .bc! to files that are incomplete so if you were using that then uTorrent can't resume. Guest Posted September 23, 2005 Report Share Posted September 23, 2005 I think i can help. instead of selecting that folder, select the folder that its in.eg. if your torrent folder is called "grand theft auto" and its on your desktop, instead of selecting "grand theft auto", select "desktop.
