Ignore root folders when downloading from rss

My suggestion - make option to ignore root folder of torrent file when downloading via rss

When series comes out one by one, torrents contains just file, without subfolders, in this case rss downloader save files right into selected directory. But when global compilation comes out (which contains full season, etc.) torrent usually contains root folder, so when rss downloader download this torrent we will have 2 copies of same serial
