TomBombadilo
Also this worked for me, but i also excluded two previously mentioned files.Thnx aanadonThis work for me:1. Move all the downloaded files from the torrent into another location.2. On uTorrent delete the torrent file and download it again.3. Wait until start to download, and right-click / Show in Finder.4. Stop the download, and quit uTorrent (don't know if this is necessary but just to be sure).5. Move again all the files already downloaded to the new folder.6. Open uTorrent, and right-click / Force Re-Check. NOT START because this going to delete the files.7. Once it was re-checked, start the download.Hope this was useful. ultravoxx
Tried ALL suggestions: changing download location (tried dozens, also shorter ones, avoiding backslash, dots etc.), removed all the files, downloaded torrent again, doing Force ReCheck, skipping suspicious files (multiple dots etc.)NONE of it worked. Solution:Reverted back from 1.8.4 to 0.9.3.10 and it worked like a charm. No need to skip any files or set any download location. It just worked like it should. Newer versions not always means better!
zabar
I tried the above suggestions and none of them worked for me. (Also tried DLing using Transmission, but it's a magnet link and even though my port is open, I wasn't able to connect to any seeds.) Anyone else with a current solution? kanmanus
I just got the same error, but I found an alternative solution. 1. Right click at that torrent and then choose 'Advanced > Set Download Location..'2. try to name that file such as I downloaded a '.mkv' file, then I named it as a 'movie.mkv'. And that's work.Hope this can help you guys.
