ipfilter load problem

Hey,

Have recently implemented uTorrent (3.0 running on Windows XP).

A friend explained that I also need to download the ipfilter file (from http://www.hostex.de/emule/ipfilter) which I've done, unzipped and copied to the relevant folder:

c:\Documents and Settings\jerome\Application Data\uTorrent

Went to uTorrent (Advanced Options) and set ipfilter parameter to *false.

Exited the program and then went in again and re-set same parameter to true

Interestingly there are CLICK boxes OK, CANCEL and APPLY but the APPLY box is never activated! So I've used OK box.

Read somewhere that a LOGGER TAB should appear at the bottom of the uTorrent screen showing: 'something like “Loaded ipfilter.dat (xxxx entries). If you see there “0 entries”, then something went wrong'

HERE'S THE PROBLEM: I have no LOGGER option on the list of tabs at the bottom of the uTorrent screen. So have no way of confirming whether the ipfilter file is being used (it probably is NOT) can anyone help explain how to fix this, is there an option to ACTIVATE the LOGGER from Preference/Advanced list? What's wrong?

right click in one of that tab(s) and check logger
