uTorrent will not download from email attachement please help

Hello Everybody,

I've save a .uTorrent file to my desktop from an email attachment, I've drag it to the uTorrent program it shows but instead of downloading it is uploading with a blue arrow and the download green arrow is showing zero.

Also when I double click on the .uTorrent file I see this "Unable to load - Invalid torrent file. Please tell me what I am doing wrong.

I am new to uTorrnet.

did you try saving the attachment to your my documents folder then loading it into uT?

Thanks yes I have but still having problem it shows blue arrow which looks like uploading instead of downloading.
