Upload problem

Hello guys, i want to upload files with utorrent, i got the latest public trakers and i corectly uploaded them but my problem is that i dont get downloads, i have lot of peers in paranthesis and 0 near, only rare i have 1 peer and very few downloads, at some files i have 10-40 downloads and to most of them i have 0, the torrents have 1 week old. I tryed games, movies, ebooks etc, and at large files i have 0 downloads, only at small files ex ebooks i have few downloads. The files are very new i dont upload last year movies, i put what come out that day. I saw my friend utorrent and he had 200 downloads at one single game. I have good internet speed, 90mb down speed, 40mb up speed tested with speedtest.net
