µTorrent loses the ability of listening to incoming connections

Hello,

Under Linux (and it may happen under Windows too, but I've never observed that) uTorrent under some circumstances loses the ability of listening to incoming connections.

This bug is described in details in Wine's bugzilla: µTorrent loses the ability of listening to incoming connections.

Common sense tells me that this is in fact a bug in the application.

Please, fix this problem, because it's very annoying (a solution is offered at the end of the bug's discussion).
