Download start at good speed then go down

Hi guys,

When I start uT, it begins to download and get good speed (400-500KB/s) in then next minute, then after a while the speed goes down and continue downloading at rates about 1-20KB/s, I have tryed to restart the modem, the firewall (ZA) and uT as well, but there is nothing i can do to restablish the initial speed but reset the PC.

I have configured uT to 70KB/s upload and 500KB/s download

I have tryed several recomendations from the forum but I have not gotten any improvement.

Any suggestions?

Have you tried with ZoneAlarm temporarily uninstalled and use the windows built-in firewall instead yet?

I have tryed with ZA off, with same results, I will try ZA uninstaled.

I'm sorry if this is the case. If not. Make sure you follow the instructions if you are on a wiresless conection to Port Forward your router. If not, I can't really help without more info.
