Help with action=add-file

I've been trying to get this command working. I've opened up Chrome & Firefox to see what they were posting. I can't find any differences with what I'm posting.

Following are my request and the reply, linked is my entire binary request.

If somebody could take a look, or upload a known working binary request I could use instead of my own (to eliminate the request itself as a source of error), it would be appreciated.
