mac utorrent annoyances

I just upgraded to the new version of Utorrent, having been using it for many many years. I'm really disappointed that some features which I really liked have apparently disappeared and no amount of trying can get them back.

Can anyone help me with making my torrents start automatically downloading without having to click ok on each one, this is a real pain when trying to start several at once, having to actually go into the app and start them, rather than opening the torrent in Finder and previously it just started without having to confirm AGAIN.

Also why do my torrent files no longer automatically move to trash once I begin downloading the torrent. Its irritating to have to remember to go and manually move them to the trash after I've opened and clicked everything.

Also, uTorrent now takes around a minute to quit, whereas before it took seconds. Just another bugbear.

They're only little things but I download quite a lot of files using uTorrent and its really annoying me to the point where I don't want to use it anymore.
