mcaspi Posted November 7, 2011 Report Posted November 7, 2011 My ISP throttles uTP download (not upload) and I guess that other ISP's do the same (there were some messages about this here). Also, I guess that some users don't open their udp port. This can be seen by mostly tcp traffic. My suggestion is to measure uTP traffic over X seconds (total speed-tcp speed) and also check if the client gets uTP slots. If a client is unchocked by uTP connections and uTP traffic is low, uT will assume that uTP traffic is throttled and disable it.
