Problem with completed downloads

This problem started with the last upgrade of utorrent - 3.1 beta version 26419 32 bit.

In one case, the file size is 350 mb. According to the program, it has already downloaded 454 mb and shows 99.8 % complete. The file has already been transferred to the completed files folder.

In the second case, the file size is 349 mb, the program shows 396 mb downloaded and 99.9 % complete. This file is still in the unfinished folder.

When checking the files using VLC, both files are complete.

Using Windows 7 Home Professional 64 bit

I'm having issues with downloads to, All downloads hang at 99.8 ish, then then loop to 97.3 and start going back up again.

Im on Win7, utorrent 3.1 beta

Yep same here. If I shutdown and restart the application it completes!
