Unable to upload? (Results: Speed test failed - READ FAILURE)

Hi,

I am having problems with utorrent, it appears to be unable to upload. I have been able to download various torrents but after this it isnt upload loading or seeding these.

I have rand the set up guid am I am getting the message,

Results: Speed test failed

Read Failure

I have set up portfowarding as per the instructions at portfortward guide website.

I have tried most of the troubleshooting tips & guides on this site & nothing seems to work. I have also tried turning off my mcafee firewall & it makes no diffference.

My router is Netgear WGR614v7

mcafee security centre

Virgin Media Uk is the inetrnet provider

I am starting to wonder if its because of my internet provider, I read that they try to block seeding?

I hope someone can help me sort out this problem, I would appreciate it greatly,

ALSO I noticed my internet provider is on this list: http://wiki.vuze.com/w/Bad_ISPs

of bad isp's. On that list says under the 'prevents seeding' colum: yes

Though I done the glasnost test & got these results:

Is your upload traffic rate limited?

There is no indication that your ISP rate limits your uploads.

Is your download traffic rate limited?

There is no indication that your ISP rate limits your downloads.
