View torrent files as default setting

It appears from the amount of posts on the subject that many users are getting into difficulty finding out how to view torrent files so they can de-select any files they don't require. I had this problem myself and even with the response I still couldn't figure it out until I realised that the double arrow tab needed to be clicked. Would it not be better to have this as a default setting, with maybe a tick box to opt out of the function, or at least have it so the double tick arrow is set to open when the option is chosen, rather than closed as it is now. Or perhaps name the tab open to view torrent files. Hope you don't mind the suggestion and thanks for a wonderful program.
