Speed suddenly went down

Hello people and thank you for taking time to read this,

Today when i started to download a torrent, as i usually do, the download speed dind't passed 120kB/s.

But my average download speed was 5mB/s

I have a internet connection of 60mB/s fiber power.

I tried to check setup guide, youtube videos, and one of them worked actually.

But then, i have this problem.

My upload speed is about 300kB/s and my download speed 92kB/s. Sometimes it goes up to 300kB/s and then it goes down again.

Why am i uploading more than that im downloading?

What are the best settings for my internet connection speed?

And by the way, the torrent has about 1000 seeders so seeds is not the problem.

If you followed ANY youtube setup guide to configure your settings, they are no longer supported.

How do you mean...?

I sed i checked them, not that i used them to configure my settings.

My settings are still the same as i used to have my normal download speed...

Then i tried CTRL+G and then my upload rate got up.

I watched youtube video to compare my settings with them, but as usally people know there are people out there on youtube trying to screw up your settings and make your download even worse.

I only tried some things from this site, as it's trusted information.

Why does the µtorrent setup guide say that neither my NAT-PMP nor UPnP is enabled. When it IS.

Because it also needs to be enabled in your router.

Are those two UPnP and NatSip Alg ?

Because i have enabled those two.

Ran speed test again, succesfully.

Problem not solved.
