help with router

[iPHENOM]

my utorrent is set up right and i get decent speed, about 2.5 mbps but i was wondering if someone could give me a link or help me set up my router so ill get my max speed. i have a 20 mbps internet package but i know since im using a router is why im not getting my max speed. when i log in to my router, i guess i need to know what to add to the "applications and gaming" settings. any help would be greatly appreciated. thx.
