Utorrent not downloading new torrents

I'm trying to download a few shows but none of them are downloading. they are showing in the downloads but aren't making any progress and are still at zero. even though it says they have been downloading for a time. i also dont have an eta for them. Also all the programs im seeding the progress bar or whatever you want to call it is red on every single one. And I know that there are people trying to get them because one of them is a brand new torrent that just came out and should have tons of people wanting to upload it from me. help!
