geon Posted November 12, 2011 Report Posted November 12, 2011 Each time utorrent 3.0 is starting it loads (and propbably checks) all my torrents one by one. Its different behaviour from that I used to have in 2.2.1. Is there any possibility to switch it off? Seems to me disturbing and slow.(I got *.torrent files localy on c: a dowloaded files on server on n:, xpsp3 )Thanks
ktetch Posted November 15, 2011 Report Posted November 15, 2011 If it didn't close properly, it rechecks to ensure it wasn't corrupted.Let it finish checking, and it won't do it any more. And let it close properly, don't force close it.
geon Posted November 15, 2011 Author Report Posted November 15, 2011 I cant see any "bad closing". I run it, wait for all torrents are rechecked, then choose File - Exit, wait until it disappears from running processess, then run it again and utorrent rechecks everything again. Try to swich on and off the graceful_shutdown in advance preference - no difference.
