uT 3.0 (25824) crash with torrent includes broken filename

This is maybe bug.

At least uT 3.0 25824 and 25803 has this issue.

Some .torrent includes UTF-8 characters for filename.

Most of UTF-8 character has no effects, but some character easily crash uT.

This issue maybe on file handling section.

After loading torrent that includes broken filename before stating download, re-allocate filenames without UTF-8 characters, uT don't crash and keep downloading, uploading and seeding.

Please check this and fix it.
