bart f. flakey Posted November 13, 2011 Report Posted November 13, 2011 Greetings,I've been on U-torrent for about 3 months. Everytime I start a torrent, 2 messages appear in the logger field: 1) 10.0.0.3:xxxxx [uTP](King Crimson - Discography): Banning peer: same peer id as existing peer2) Total physical memory 535805952 max disk cache 33487872.I was given this computer and U torrent was already installed, so I just started using it. I never have any problems downloading or uploading, but it hurts my feelings to be "banned" repeatedly. What exactly is 'same peer as existing peer'? I released and renewed my IP, same thing. This actually happens on all the computors on the router, 2 have XP pro SP3 and 1 is windows 7 home. Netgear router. Is something configured wrong or should I do something. I guess I'm just curious what it means. Please let me know if anyone knows. Thanks.
DreadWingKnight Posted November 13, 2011 Report Posted November 13, 2011 Basically, ignore those. They're not important.
