Very slow download and web browsing

Hi.

I'm using uTorrent for a long time but last time ive got problem.

I have some torrents with more peer than seed, so download is small (max 30-40), but isnt problem, true problem is very very very slow web browsing (pages often dont load), idk what is wrong, when download its small (and also upload) web browsing should be okay, unfortunately is not.

I've checked thread about 'slow browsing with nod32' (already im using nod32) and i've added uTorrent to exludes, and this didn't help anyway...

everything was fine ~week ago.

when uTorrent is close my browser run normally, so i think isnt problem of internet connection

(i'm using uTorrent 3.0)
