How to choose download location?

I opened utorrent for the first time today since the latest update. Other than the very new UI, I noticed utorrent no longer prompts to check where to put download files and just immediately defaults into it's own folder and starts downloading. I checked preferences and under Directories everything is unchecked which I assume means it should ask me when starting a new download, yet it doesn't.

Is this the new default or can i once again choose my download locations on start up?
