When adding torrents, I don't see the pop-up menu anymore. Help!!?

I don't know what went wrong. But whenever I try to add a new torrent, It goes right down to the end of the torrent list. I don't see that pop-up menu anymore, you know the one that had options to add new trackers and also to add the torrent at the top of the list.

How do I get that thing back?
