ofixler Posted November 15, 2011 Report Posted November 15, 2011 When I open a new torrent file, I am unable to select a Save As directory other than those listed in my history. If I select "Other..." it does not display a Finder window. If I continue and hit save to "Other..." it attempts to start downloading, then fails.Any ideas?

direct3d Posted November 28, 2011 Report Posted November 28, 2011 Hi, i have the same issue with Mac OS X 10.7.2 and uTorrent 1.5.11 (25801).
ofixler Posted January 23, 2012 Author Report Posted January 23, 2012 Any news on this item? I am facing the same issue in 2.0.1, however, the "Other" option will no longer proceed to commence downloading. An error is displayed, but no option to manually select a directory.
saucysandy Posted March 15, 2012 Report Posted March 15, 2012 Ahhh, this is my problem too! It used to work. I'm using Version 1.5.14
SA311 Posted March 27, 2012 Report Posted March 27, 2012 I've been having this problem for the past few months. I'm currently using Version 2.0.2 (26717), I just recently upgraded to this but was originally using 1.5 when the problem started. This is very inconvenient, makes it very hard to stay organized. Why is there no solution for this huge problem?its been over 4 months since this thread was started...and its gotten over 900 views, clearly this is a problem for a lot of people.wtf
derkesthai Posted April 8, 2012 Report Posted April 8, 2012 Having this same issue as well. Recently switched from a PC to a Mac and it's frustrating! Might consider using another torrent client...
sepruda Posted April 17, 2012 Report Posted April 17, 2012 Same problem, this is a major bug! Why is this not being handled?
SA311 Posted December 29, 2012 Report Posted December 29, 2012 everytime a new update comes, the first thing i check is to see if this problem was resolved.STILL NOTHINGwtf

lucaschmitt Posted January 27, 2013 Report Posted January 27, 2013 I am having a problem downloading a software. It has fully downloaded already, and leeching for ages. the ration is now at 2.666, shouldn't it be done at 1.5?

ESPECIALLY when it is for for a different "problem"B: It hasn't reached the time limit.
