20 seeders 0.4 kb/s pease help

i have been usin utorrent fro bout 2 years i think. and i have never had any speed problems with it so far. but now for some reason. i was tryign to donwload a skidrow game. i was getting bout 20-29 seeder wich would usually give me 550-800 kb/s but now i am getting 0.4 kb/s. and it seems to only happen with either larger torrent over 1.5 gb or just game torrent cause im donwloading a movie wich was donwloading at 800 kb/s but when i stoped that to downlad the game the game was only gettin 0.4-1 kb/s can someone please hel me out with this
