arktikk Posted November 21, 2011 Report Posted November 21, 2011 Hey everyone,I was reading the speed guide earlier just so make sure everything matched up/was alright, didn't follow it because I usually get speeds of 1.0mb/s on my torrents, but one torrent was giving me 20-100kb/s. Anyway, I ran a diagnostic on Glasnost and it said my download speeds were between 7.5-8.0mb/s. If this is true, why am I only getting speeds of 1.0 on uTorrent (and any other client) at BEST?I always use ThePirateBay as my tracker fyi. (sorry if that's frowned upon.)Thanks for any and all help!edit: forgot to mention I don't use any anti-virus or firewall.
mcaspi Posted November 21, 2011 Report Posted November 21, 2011 uTorrent's 1MBytes/s = Glasnost 8Mbits/s. You download at your max speed.
