need to reformat computer - how to preserve utorrent data/settings?

I have downloaded plenty of stuff on utorrent, under windows XP. I have a list of 500+ torrents in the FINISHED category. I need to format and reinstall windows xp, so i would like to maintain this information in the new windows xp. So i wanted to know the following:

1. where is all this information stored?

2. is it possible to copy the current utorrent to the new windows xp, so that nothing is changed for utorrent? I thought maybe i could install utorrent, then just copy all the utorrent files from the previous winxp into this one and it should be okay.
