spursguy Posted November 21, 2011 Report Posted November 21, 2011 I'm trying to download torrents on the Windows 7 version of uTorrent but i download the file and it says downloading but never moves past 0.0%, even after days of waiting. It isnt on just 1 torrent, it's on all torrents. I've deleted utorrent and redownloaded it and it still does the same thing. Does anyone know what to do.
