frankie2304
Hello everyone! I have a problem, utorrent won't go above 1MB/s when i download. My connection allows it to go up to 9MB/s (it ran at a average of 5-6 mb/s before i installed the latest version of utorrent)I have read all the posts related to this and tried everything.Nothing works... it's still stuck at 1mb/s
