WebUI gives 400 ERROR during one of the requests

I love uTorrent, and the WebUI worked for quite a long time for me... but about a year ago it quit working and I never got around to fixing it. Maybe someone can give me a hand.

I can access the WebUI, and see everything except the torrents themselves. I get the toolbar, the left-hand nav, the bottom tabs, but there is nothing in the list of torrents.

When I use FireBug to see what requests are failing this is the one one that gives a 400 ERROR:

The other 23 requests all work fine... css loads, js loads, pngs load... even the token request works. But this one request gets 400 ERROR.

Any suggestions on how I can get this to work?
